Project Overview
In November 2003, ProCura in partnership with Westbank, purchased the former Heritage Mall site in South Edmonton. Over the next decade, we will develop a lively urban village of a mix of low, mid and high-rise residential, office, retail and recreational uses on this 43-acre site.
This comprehensive development demonstrates ProCura's ability to bring these different uses together in a thoughtful, cohesive manner. Its quality architecture, open spaces, public art features, parks and lake will be enjoyed not only by the residents of Century Park, but by the Edmonton public.
ProCura is pleased to announce that the second phase of Century Park REGENT was launched on November 25th, 2006 and was received with the same excitement and success as the first phase ONE launched back in September. There are several suites still available in REGENT and we encourage everyone to experience this revolutionary project.
